About Premuda

The island of Premuda is a part of western island of Zadar archipelag. Island is covered with macchia and rope forest. Here you can enjoy your holiday far away from everyday life, bath in crystal clear sea. There's no cars on the island. It is most favorite destination for sailors, yachtmen or anglers. In Krijal bay you have anchorage.

Restaurant Grmalj
The offer of the tavern Grmalj is based on the traditional Dalmatian kitchen, quality fresh fish and autochtonous lamb meat and goat under «peka». Also we offer red fish, calamari and octopus under «peka». We prepare our meal in traditional manner: grilled, cooked fish or fish stew. Still, we can also prepare some meal which is not included in our regular menu.The reason for that are our old costumers who comes to our taver several times during season. We become friends so they enjoy in taking part in preparation of the dinner: they chose the exact fish they want to have for dinner/lunch and they discuss with us the best possible way it can be done. Also we discuss about wine it goes best with the specific fish.
